I singed up for that model look mag and they said they whanted me to be in there mag but i have to pay for an ad space is this scam?? also if you no any that are not a scam let me no.

Yes it is a scam. Please know that ANYTIME some model agency or mag asks you to pay for a service, DONT do it. I've known actual models who have fallen into scams like these and it's not good. If they really wanted you in there, they would never ask for money.
