hey there!!
i'm a freshman in highschool and my Dream job is to work in the magazine industry. i think i want to be a fashion director or market editor or style director. i want to learn exactly what type of magazine jobs there are and what you do in them i'm not quite sure which one i would fit into so please help!! i would LOVE advice from anyone who works in a magazine industry or knows anytihng about it!!
i love to write! but i hate writing englsih essays and stuff like that. I keep a journal, thats the type of writing im into. but i dont want to be a freelancer i also love shoppping and clothes just like any other teenager and putting together fun outfits! i love reading magazines and books!! so someone please any advice? i want to learn more about the magazine industry. ik i'm going to start out small and i'll hafta work my way up but i am so willing to try anything!!! thank you!

You gotta get your self out there... send some of your stories to newspapers... and stuff
meet people who know people who know you... and help out your community like is there a newspaper or magazine you could volunteer for? even a store?
