2. The best way to get them is to ask a parent. I know that sounds stupid but it is the only legal way for you to obtain them, though you can't own them legally, nor can you share them with others legally. If you do then your parents go to jail for corrupting the morals of a minor. Every other way to get the magizine is illegal at your age.
BTW, the ashley picture is overrated and probably available on the net.
