In India I have seen in certain business reply cards saying "licenced to post without prepayment", what does -
it mean? how can i get similar reply cards 4 my business? what are the procedures?
Answers:
I want letter from Sharma ji or various clients. Sharma is not interested in payment of postage. Sharms can write if postage is free. I can send spcial letter to Sharma. If used, Sharma will not pay postage. If I get letter, I will have to pay. It is normally used in business. Janta can reply without any financial burden. Yahoo is free so I am replying. If it is burden, I may not reply.
