I want to bcome involved w/ CondeNast/LVMH in the future. Where the hell do I start???
I'm grading a year early, so this June, from high school. I'm not so much interested in the design aspect but more into the written/business feild of fashion. What schools are respected for fashion worldwide? I'm in Canada so its a little more than difficult to find actual fashion schools. Is a fashion degree necessary? What the hell do these people want out of a new employee? Where do I start? I'm so totally lost right now, if anyone has any experience or understandings in the high fashion world, can I pleaaase have their contact info for further help?
Answers:
I don't understand what the "written/business field" means. If you mean you want to be a writer/editor - then go to school for journalism. If you mean marketing or accounting on the business side then go to school for that. If you can combine marketing with fashion degree - it would be even better depending on what you want to do.
