Is there any global magazine about create or compose?
I am a foreigner, I wanna know if there is any magazine which provide a chance that writer, designer or music composer can show their works on it?
Is it a global magazine? I mean, is it translated to different lnguages and published in different countries?

There are a very few obscure magazines like you are referring. Unfortunately, they are normally distributed to one small geographic region, and therefore, do not attract the individuals that you are attempting to reach.
Your best bet, would be to post on a website for such posting/listings.
