Magazines worth it?

Hi, I see that alot of new things come out every month and It seems alot to keep up with by looking on the internet and watching tv. So I have seen alot of magazines that im intersted in like pc world and other video game magazines. So do magazines alert you on whats new and hott? Are they worth it if your busy doing other things and just want maybe some quick info on whats good?

however efficient the internet is, it will never replace the magazine. although the internet provide the latest information faster than magazines, articles featured in magazines tend to be more accurate. plus, magazines have more details on certain topics compared to other forms of media. but, if you want brief information on what's good, i suggest u find it on the internet.
