Skinny vs. Thick.?
Why is is that ppl of color always get mad when white people like skinny women but then they turn around and only like thick women? They also set a standard that is not attainable by all women....but get men when white folks do the same thing but have a different standard? Someone like marilyn monroe is the colored standard...whereas jessica alaba a the other standard? How can you get mad at white ppl for excluding thick women when ppl of color exclude skinny women. You do the same thing.

I dont think all black women do this. Im not african american, but yeah......i think you have a false idea of this issue. Marilyn monroe was hardly thick! i dont think this is entirely a race issue, much of it has to do with media. women feel pressured to be thin because of other women, and the people they see in magazines and tv. different cultures have different ideas of beautiful, none of these ideas are wrong, just different.
