What do Discovery Girls do??

I just wanted to know what DG do when you get chosen to make the magazine. Do they get to meet the celebrities they interveiw? Don't they get to choose the way the whole magazine looks? Well, I do already know about the DG site, so don't tell me to go there, and I know a lot about DG already, but I just wanted to know the answers to these two questions because I was not very sure of the answers. The best answer gets ten points, obviously! I am looking for a good answer with an answer to both of the two questions.
