Does anyone have any info on, or know where I could get ahold of this 25/2005 (sorry can't read the month) issue of Bravo?

The cover that your link shows is of a BULGARIAN issue of Bravo, not Russian.
Here's the website of the Bulgarian Bravo magazine: http://www.bravo.bg/
There's an archive on the site but the earliest issue that they've got is 1/2006.
And if you're interested in the issues of the Russian Bravo, here's the website: http://superbravo.ru/main/
In their archive you can see the covers of all the issues starting from 2004.
As for actually purchasing the 25/2005 issue in Bulgarian, that seems to be quite tricky. Your best bet could be posting your request on the MESSAGE BOARD on the magazine's website (click on Форум in the top right corner of the main page http://www.bravo.bg/). Some fans are likely to have old issues of Bravo and they might be able to help you.
You could also try and send a E-MAIL to the magazine's editors and ask whether they've got the old issue that you're interested in for sale. The form for sending e-mails:
