No, I don't think anything's special about him. His first song, Aadat of the film Kalyug followed by Tere Bin of Basek Pal won him such a great success , that even if he sings the most boring of songs, it will be a hit and top the charts.
Whatever he sings, the words are very thought provoking but I don't like the music.
