What is the best way to create a good magazine?
I'm planning and starting to create a car magazine. Why im doing this is because there are only imported mag's in mauritius. I would like to create a mag for mauritius on all cars, vendors, modification centres etc, the whole 9 yards of an imported mag.that is based on the mauritian market and maybe also motor bikes eventually. As they know much about whats happening in the outside world, i think that we need a mag to make an awarness of what mautitius actually has to offer... any comments and thought to help me out???????
