Are there any magazines like SELF that don't have sex articles and are appropriate for teens?

I think you will find articles/info about sex or relationships in most magazines these days. You might want to check out the ones I have listed, just skim through them in the store and make sure it meets with your approval.
Teen Magazine,Teen People, Teen Vogue.
One I would stay away from is Seventeen Magazine, I think topics such as abortions, STDs and Date-Rape are for Parents and Doctors to Discuss with Teens( Only My Opinion)
