well, teens see celebrities they look up to in mags, and so they'd want to be like them (especially girls wanting to be thin...)... teens see that when a famous person has done something wrong, they'll think it's okay to do it too.... teens are always wanting what's "in" and they see that in mags, worn or used by famous people... some mags have some beauty/health info that may cause the reader to think negatively about themselves (most likely girls, and the way they look- again, wanting to be thin, and pretty) and teen magazines have those little mini-quizzes//games about which boy is right for you, stuff about yourself, and other things that can affect teens (mostly girls)..... yeah, that's all i can think of...
