I used to love Teen People. now their magazine isn't on New Stands anymore and their website is gone too. What Happened?

I know, I was ordering the magazine and it came to me monthly and then they stopped coming. It sent me a card that they were making a new magazine, but I forgot what it was called. They had combined with some other company.
