Question:

I'm trying to use Microsoft Word to have a background 'behind' text (like the front cover of a magazine).

How do I do this? The background will cover the whole front page while the text overlaps the background? Thanks.

Answers:

I think you should be advised with these two easy ways.
1. Just set the background with anything, your pic perhaps, then you may write whatever you like. Make sure the pic is already fits the whole page, and, ta-da!
2. You may use this one, Insert Picture, and format Picture, choose Layout, then choose "Behind The Text Option".

To make it easier formatting, use text boxes. Perhaps Word Art is easy also to drag everywhere.

Up to you lah...
Terserah...
My sugestion is use proper Image Processor to make a decent Magz covr..
Godspeed!
