it's a talent company who doesn't take a percentage but charges a monthly fee for having you in their data base, if anyone has worked with them, was booking easy, frequent, andworth the fee?

Be careful of any talent company or model company.
There are many scams out there and the ones that are legit are so impacted that their database if stock full of names and gals wishing work. They are making money monthly off those that have hopes of getting a job. They pray on the vunerable and nieve. If they have 200,000 names in their data base what chance do you have in getting a job (1 in 200,000 maybe).
What they do is get set up with companies that need models. The experienced ones get the work, first and most of the time. These companies give them specifics to follow. The company like Infinate Talent give them the names of maybe 10 - 30 that may qualify (but they keep with experience because the want the company to be happy and return for names). It is all a crap shoot and not worth any monthly fee. You will be throwing your money away. Even if you did make it to the interview so did 30 others.
Look for legit work, start small and work into something larger. Get the experience first.
