How is it done and can I seel them to only one publication ?

my mates dad was a commerical artist for many years, and it's not easy.
you'll have to prepare a portfolio / presentation, then hassle various publications for intrviews.
it may be possible to use an agent, but this could work out expensive if no work comes your way!?!
