Most of them have more dirty ads and sometimes nude people in them.
Answers:
Europeans and those of the UK don't have the hang-ups most have in North America with sexual matters.
And by what right do you have to say they are "filthy"? There is nothing wrong with nudity. Being nude does not constitute filth!
