I want to be the ediotr of a womens magazine one day...or maybe 5 years down the lane..i'm 20 and pursuing

bachelors in commerce...what should i keep in mind? i have got a good flair for writing. any web-sites that accept literary/reality/fictional writings? short pieces? probably in india? would love to be a freelancer and i know i could do my Job well..maybe someone should give me a chance?
