I am a thirteen year old and I want to start and publish my own mini magazine. Anyone have any ideas on any names for my mini magazine? Any one know of any publishing companies?

Before I could begin to think of a name, I'd need to know what your focus is and who is your target audience.
I have been managing editor for a literary magazine and a health magazine. Sometimes, finding a publishing company isn't that easy. You could also do it yourself, but that takes funds. Do you have a plan for selling ads?
