Seventeen Magazine June 2007 Leg Workout?

I saw this article in the June 2007 issue of seventeen about 4 or 5 excercises that you do reps of to tone your legs nicely. Does anyone know what they were or where I can find them?

I have the magazine, let me tell you what it says:(Pg. 77)

Invisi-Bike
1: A. Lie with your legs up. Pump your legs like bike pertals for 30 seconds.
B. Cycle in the reverse direction for 30 seconds. Do A and B 2 times

Butt Lifter
2. A. Sit down with your arms slightly behind you and your knees bent.
B. Lift your butt so your torso is parallel with the floor. Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

Fly Girl
3. A. Lie on your stomach with your arms out in front of you.
B. Lift legs and torso off the floor. Return to A. Do 3 sets of 10.

Push Pop
4. A. Get in a push-up position with your arms and legs straight.
B. Bend arms, look right, and lift left leg. Go back to A. Do 3 sets of 4 on each leg.
