no you can enter any time. just enter your information it just has to do with luck sometimes you win sometimes you dont.i pretty much always get the 1,000 winners a day contest. i've only enter 3 and i won 2/3
i have won 1 new york lipstick but they ended up sending me 3 because i received the envelope ripped open without the prize, someone took it so they were very cool about it.
i also won a topez lipgloss from them.
