I`m planning to enter these pagaents...?!

I`m planning to enter these pagaents...?

so ok, I know some people think it`s lame to enter beauty pagaents and stuff, but I think it would be such a fun new thing to try, plus I might win money. So I know I'm entering the miss teen chinatown pagaent for sure (16 yrs old), i`m sure i have a good shot at that, but since i`m chinese, do you think it would be a disadvantage for me to even try out for miss teen california since i`m only about 5'2''?

Pageants are tough business...i did them in New Hampshire. But go for it...you meet some really cool and random people. FYI - you should totally watch the movie Drop Dead Gorgeous...total spoof on pageants that is so funny
