you go to mileycyrus.com then you click on watch videos and click on the magazine as soon as you are done clicking watch videos it shows you the magazine go to a page that says miley world on it then click on that page it will have a picture of miley telling you to sign up click on it then it will ask you for your name type it put all your information then it will ask you what kind of credit card to pay for it why do you have to pay for it?that is so stupid.
