Okay so I'm just a few months over 40 but I think it qualifies!.!.!.Yes, I am calm and happy in life!. The thing I keep in my mind everyday is that I wake up and I'm grateful to be alive!.!.!.!.I almost didn't make it to my 40th birthday(very serious illness!) So all the dumb little things that used to get to me I just shrug them off now!. I don't know if your "calm" will just come to you!.!.!.!.maybe you have to go looking for it!. Just ask yourself when you get all riled up over something !.!.!.!."If I was going to die tomorrow, would this even really matter!?" I hope this helps!. You need to be satisfied with who you are and what you have!. If you are always striving for more and better, you will never be happy!. I am 63 years old and have learned to be thankful for a good husband, kids who mostly behave themselves and grandkids who are happy!. Just when I thought i had everything my hubby passes away it was the most horrible thing to happen in my entire life!. Now i am not so sure what i do!. Yes I am calm now but upset abut being by myself!. and now realizeing hes gone for good!. i mean hey what is life about anyhow!. I was thinking i am retired and we can mo ve on but he got sick and we had to change for abit!. i didn't see this coming and he was abig older then me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
