3!. Now this is just stupid!. Even if you had asked where to bury the dead, what kind or moron thinks that plane crash victims are buried in the country in which the plane crashes!? Both the victims and the survivors (who will die eventually, of course) will probably be buried in the country in which they hold citizenship, unless alternative arrangements are made by their families!.
