It starts to dry when exposed to air, which it isn't exposed to in the bottle, because it is air tight!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it's cause it's in a giant glue lump and it can't dry it will eventually but you'll have to wait a very very very long time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
