When it is the person, who is the blunt of the joke, that is telling it!. For instance: There is a Mexican guy, in one of my college classes, who was joking about looking illegal immigrants popping up everywhere, and how he would look out his window and be like, "Who is that Mexican mowing my yard!." He can get away with that; However, I would never try!. It depends more on the person telling the joke!. Not the joke itself!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
