I walked into my doctors the other day with a problem
and his assistant said no one was available and could she help
i said it was a bit embarrasing
she asked me what it was
so i told her ,"i have hereditary diarrhoea"
she replied "diarrhoea isnt hereditary"
so i said"well its in my jeans"
