Question: What are some legal revenge techniques to getting even with someone who continues to harass my family!?
my husbands ex wife will not leave us alone!. She takes us to court at least twice a year for more money, just to bother us!. She calls 1-2 times per week to interfere in out lives!. I just want to play a practical joke or prank on her to let her know how it feels to be bothered!. (1 tip, she hates halloween)Www@Enter-QA@Com

DONT get a restraining order!. That's about as effective as a garden hose in a forest fire!. The restraining ofder is civil!.!. ho hum!.!. DO get a PROTECTIVE order!.!. then if she comes near you or your family she goes to jail!.!. Seme for phone calls and etc!. also, be smat, move your assets into a irrevocable trust!. (See your lawyer) Then she cant touch anything and you can pay the trust to use the assets!.

Sue her for harassment!
record all calls you receive from her and keep a record of all dealings, dates, times, what it was about, how it went, what she said etc and use it as evidence of the fact that she unnecessarily bothers you and your husband!
