Question: What should a 13 year old girl wear for halloween!?
Im 13 and I really want a unique/sexy costume that doesnt show too much!. my friend is being a sexy salor so i want something that can beat hers!. = )!. lol jk!. i also want something that my guy friend will like!. so ya if you have any ideas and/or how to make it/put it together then tell me!.

Get some shirt (depending what kind of neko you want to be, as in evil,good,happy,sad,dead neko etc!.) that shows your shoulders and is baggy!. You want to get a tank top that matches it, and has really wide shoulder!.!.!.strap!.!.!.things!. Then you can wear poofy pants that look baggy, some converse!. If you don't want to wear pants then you can wear a school girl skirt!. A choker, then put in some clip on extensions!. If you want wear some eyeliner!.
