It's a very old joke!. I can only assume that your friends and all the people who have responded here saying they didn't get it are winding you up!.
Or perhaps in America "gives her one" doesn't mean "have sex with her"!. So therefore they don't get the double entendre on the word innuendo!.

Well, you could always take it on a very basic and crude level, as in "in ur end o"!. Just a thought because everybody seems to have explained the correct interpretation!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
