This is my favorite:
An American traveler decided to tour an ancient Scottish castle!. The tour guide was excellent, but all the long, dark corridors and shadowy corners were really making the American nervous!. By the end of the tour, he was really jumpy and he turned to the guide with a huge sigh of relief!.
"The castle is beautiful, " he told his guide, "but I kept looking over my shoulder, thinking that a ghost was going to pop out of one of those rooms at any minute!."
"Dinna fash yourself," the guide shook his head!. "In all the years I've worked here, I've never seen even as much as a wee ghostie!."
"That's good," the American smiled!. 'And just how long have you worked here!?"
