Can someone who isn't funny learn to be funny? ?!

YES!!! all you need to do is think things up!. Make something off based off of the situation!. Because other people may not think the same things are funny u just need to start what u think is funny!. then based off of how people react u change the way something is!. You can study writing which is humorous - also go to stand up shows and other comedy shows with groups of comedians!.
