well, it would be hard to do CPR on you as one person, however i sure would try kat! first i'd call 911 and leave my cell open, throwing that down next to me i'd proceed!
i'd tip your head backward and gently blow into your mouth three short times, then i'd clasp my hands together and compress your chest under the sternum for a count of five, then rotate back to the breaths, and continue until either you regained consciousness, or help arrived!
i pray i'd never have to do that, and now i think i should find a class and get certified!
