Question: Has anybody figured out level 18 on the qweb riddle!?

I'm stuck there too do you have any idea what the phrase X = image means (I'm thinking maybe the x-axis value of the image, 500 px)!.
I suspect that the numbers next to the phrases (which all happen to contain 7 or 8 characters -- significant!?) correspond to the set of numbers provided above in some way, to perhaps provide the final answer, but this is as much as I have figured out!.
also, wondering what the meanings are of the eight eighteens in the picture!.
