it is easy to laugh at fat people, not very clever!.
it seems to me that fat people are the last people left that people feel they can make fun of without getting into trouble!. all the comedians do fat jokes now, and i just think, come on do something smarter!. and it makes people on the street think it's ok to shout out at fat people who are just trying to get on with their life!.
being fat is hard!. it makes you shy when you know people judge you and presume you are lazy, greedy!. it can make it hard to face leaving the house, then if you do and someone makes fun of you, it makes it even harder next time!. it's humiliating and depressing!.
many people would then comfort eat which won't help them to slim down!.
i think this kind of thing should be left in the playground and adults should behave with more dignity and respect to others, as you don't know why someone is fat, and there is often some deep trauma there or sometimes something medical!.
wouldn't it be nice if these things didn't happen in the playground either!?
i am fat and don 't eat much, i also walk a lot, cycle, swim, do digging in my allotment, yet i never slim down!. but i am very fit and have good stamina!. i eat healthy wholefoods and am vegetarian, i don't drink and quit smoking 5 yrs ago, so i am healthier than many thin people in that way!. my blood pressure is fine!.
i am 34 and have been battling my weight for my whole life, and have got to the point where i'd like to stop wasting my time , energy and emotions on trying to reach someone else's ideal image which seems impossible for me, and just get on with being a decent human being with a big heart!.
in some countries being big is highly valued, and in the past the great artists painted masterpieces of the larger lady as a thing of beauty!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
