Once there was 3 workers : John and his two other friends!. Once, while they were working, John cut ted his fingers and his friends putted his fingers in a plastic bag and bring them to the surgeon!.
Surgeon: Come back in a hour time!.
And after a hour, they found that John's hand were back to normal again!

The 2nd time, John cutted his hand and again, his friends putted them in a plastic bag, and brings to the surgeon!.
Surgeon: Well, come back in 2 hours time!.
When they came back, they were glad to see John's hand back to normal again!.

The 3rd time, John cutted his own's head and his friends again put them in plastic bag and brings to the surgeon!.
Surgeon: Heads are tough, come back in 6 hours time!.
When they came back, they were shocked to find out that John is dead!.

Friends: Was it too difficult to operate!?
Surgeon: No, but he suffocates on that plastic bag!.
