It's a joke, not a riddle, so only a little brain strain here!. You have to figure out the punch line!.
For many years, Hyster has been a center point of production of fork lifts, or fork trucks for others!. Indeed, their machines are very well thought of!.
But what some wouldn't know is that, two years ago, Hyster started another project, one that would revolutionize the industry and make lifting of heavy things on pallets even easier!. This project was codenamed the "One California" project, for their center in California!.
However, the stamp on the project was too long, so, in an effort to make it fit, they shortened "one california" by turning the word "one" into its numerical equivalent and shortening California to the 3 word abbreviation!.
And then someone put the newly stamped sign on their prototype!. The CEO looked at it and exclaimed "We'll be the laughing stock of the industry with this!. Nobody would dare take us seriously!."
