my best guess is that since an emo is up in the tree in the first place according to this joke, the emo person hanged themselves from it, hence saying "cut the rope"!. so basically the emo person is being cut down from the rope hanging from a tree since they tried to commit suicide!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
