A black dog stands in the middle of an intersecton in a town painted black!. None of the street lights are working due to a power failure caused by a storm!. A car with two broken headlights drives towards the dog but turns in time to avoid hitting him!. How could the driver have seen the dog in time!? Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is either day time,
second the driver did not intentionally saved the black dog, he or she had to compulsorily turned to left or right (any direction you want to assume)
Thirdly, two headlights are broken, but there might be other lamps which are working on the car!.
You told that no street light is working!.OK!. is there any light!. If yes then under other lights the driver must be able to se the dog!.
