John McCain, Mitt Romney, and George W!. Bush were all in a plane together flying over a big city!. McCain said, if I threw a $1,000 bill out the window, I'll make one person happy!. Romney said, if I throw out one hundred $10 bills out, I'll make 100 people happy!. Bush said, if I throw one thousand $1 bills out the window, I'll make 1000 people happy!.
