Maybe because the dog had not eaten much food lately, so the gut and bowels are emptier, and it takes longer for the dog to poop!. By the time the Asian man walks the dog, the dog's intestine is pretty much empty, so the dog does not poop before returning to the owner!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
