There are many things he cannot say, such as I am wearing blue today, if he is wearing blue that day!. He would be telling the truth!. So anything that is the truth, he cannot say!. For (another) example, if he had brown eyes, he can say, "I have blue eyes," but cannot say, "I have brown eyes!." There is probably some "riddlish" answer to this but the logical answer that would make sense in the real life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
