He was depressed (unusual for tigger as he is normally such a bouncy charcter) and thought (in a drug fuelled frenzy) that drowning in the toilet might be a rock and roll way to commit suicide!.
Fortunately as some others have pointed out that he may have been looking for pooh, pooh in fact found him, pulled the flush chain, thus releasing the water, pulled tigger from the toilet gave him CPR and took him to see a psychiatrist!.
The psychiatrist gave Tigger a 6 month course of citalopram (an antidepressant from the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) group) and referred him for counselling!. Tigger made a complete recovery and lived happily ever after!Www@Enter-QA@Com
