Question: Do you think this Judge discriminated against this Atheist!?
In Florida , an atheist became incensed over the preparation of Easter and Passover holidays!.!. He decided to contact his lawyer about the discrimination inflicted on atheists by the constant celebrations afforded to Christians and Jews with all their holidays while atheists had no holiday to celebrate!. The case was brought before a judge!.
After listening to the long passionate presentation by the lawyer, the Judge banged his gavel and declared, 'Case dismissed!'
The lawyer immediately stood and objected to the ruling and said, 'Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case!? The Christians have Christmas, Easter and many other observances!. Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah!.!.!.yet my client and all other atheists have no such holiday!'
The judge leaned forward in his chair and simply said, 'Obviously your client is too confused to even know about, much less celebrate his own atheists' holiday!'
The lawyer pompously said, 'Your Honor, we are unaware of any such holiday for atheists!. Just when might that holiday be, your Honor!?'
The judge said, 'Well it comes every year on exactly the same date---April 1st! Since our calendar sets April 1st as 'April Fools Day,' consider that Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God!.' Thus, in my opinion, if your client says there is no God, then by scripture, he is a fool, and April 1st is his holiday! Now have a good day and get out of my courtroom!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know if its discrimination in the true sense of the word, but the judge is a moron and should not be allowed to sit on the bench!. Many lower court judges completely forget what their purpose is in the courtroom and act as if they have some superior ability to decide on right vs!. wrong!.

Well there is all the federal holidays that celebrate historic figures and dates like presidents day, memorial day, 4th of july, new years, chinesee new years!.!.!.these are all days that any body of any religion or nationality should be able to celebrate and have a good time if they are american or even foreign looking for a reason to party and take the next day off!. Hang overs are a *****!
Personally I think stupid people like this bitching like all the bitchy americans and any body else who likes to ***** and fill up the courtrooms with pointless waist of time and money!. I think they should make an example of this guy and take him into the public square and beat his *** until he is unable to sit or walk then we will lay him down on the ground and fart in his face for waisting time and money and the air they breath!.
