During the Afternoon on a Sunday!. Sundays are the days we relax and don't worry much!. We don't care about anything because we're at home resting from that awesome party last night and there's nothing on our mind!. In the afternoon we're usually just outside enjoying the beautiful summer weather!. When we get inside, we notice the power is out so we take our time resetting all the clocks because we have nothing better to do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It depends on how long the failure lasts!. If it lasts exactly one hour, the best time would be on Daylight Savings in the fall, since you have to set your clock back one hour anyway!. This mishap would save you te trouble of setting back your clock altogether!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
