put mentos in a 2 liter of coke and close the cap QUICKLY!!!
then when they open the bottle the coke will fly all over them!.
or tape the end of their bathroom sink faucet so that when they turn on the sink the water shoots onto them!.

While your victim is alseep, reset their alarm clock so it goes off at 2am or 3am!. But don't place it back on their nightstand!. Instead hide it in a closet or behind the tv!. The person waking up will be on an early morning hunt for where that annoying sound is coming from!. For even more laughs, try unscrewing the lightbulb and watch the person scramble around the room in total darkness!.

If you know someone who turns on the shower before actually entering the tub area!. Then before their next shower, turn the showerhead so it faces outside the shower area!. Most people don't even look up before turning the nozzle!.
get like the boxers your brother wears and go get the same look and brand but smaller so they think they are getting bigger
take all the pens in the house and glue the caps on or glue the lids to shampoo bottles

Take a quarter and put led on the edges by running a pencil over the edge!. Tell them you have a magic trick!. Tell them to roll the quarter on their face, right in the middle, from the forehead, down over the nose, and over their lips to their chin!. Then laugh and walk away!. Thy will probably say, "hey, what's the magic trick!?" Tell them to look in the mirror and they will have a pencil mark right down the center of their face!. You might want to try it yourself a little to make sure the quarter is working, but remembr to wash off the evidence!. lol! :D
