Question: What to do when you come across a ghost!?
Recently, ive been watching shows about ghost, and reading online about ghost, I left one afternoon on Friday, my dad said he saw a figure, in black, leave the bathroom which is down the hall, and walk into my room, he said it was a black figure, all black!. My door opens time to time, just opens, slowly!. What do I do when I finally encounter this, how do I not anger it, ive lived in my home for 6 years, maybe a bit longer, and never encounterd one nor has my family,except my dad Constantly hears footsteps while he is downstairs he says!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Find out all you can about your house!. Go to your town hall, to the clerk's office!. They should be able to help you track it down (previous owners), with the huge reference books!. Tell them why (in my town, the clerks were really intrigued and were very helpful)!. I found out my house was built in 1889, who owned it, sold it, etc!. If you have someone psychic, like we have in CT (Lorraine Warren)---see if you can "scare" one up to check it up (couldn't help it, sorry)!. At least, with a "sensitive" person, they'd be able to telll you if it's a harmful spirit or someone who just needs help getting to the other side!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.let us know what you find out!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Umm, no, in all seriousness!. If YOU have never personally encountered it, do not worry about it!. The only thing you can do is run, and quite frankly, I don't believe ghosts "hurt" you like they say in movies/shows!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you do see it yourself, be a gracious host and give it/him/her a glass of rum!. Tell it a funny story or a joke!. Most ghosts (at least the ones I've encountered) are just lonely and confused!. They don't mean us any harm and couldn't do anything to us even if they wanted to!. Don't be cruel, just say nice things and it will eventually move on!.
If it turns out to be a harmful evil spirit, kick it in the nads and tell it off!. Most harmful evil spirits don't know how to react to us when we get aggressive with them and they leave in confusion!.
Either way, don't be afraid!. The power is yours!.
